Sibelius Sans is a customized version of an upcoming typeface. It was modified specially for the use of Sibelius Celebrations project.
Sibelius Sans combines geometry of modernistic grotesk typefaces with the curved forms from the Finnish National Romantic style. The year 2015 will mark the 150th anniversary of the birth of the great Finnish composer Jean Sibelius (1865–1957).
